OUR STORY
Paul Smith Builders has been providing general contracting services to Maines coastal community for 20+ years. Paul established his career in the early 1990's and began working for a variety of different builders. After a few years of gaining on-the-job construction skills he started his business, Property Service Corporation Inc.
In the following years his customer base began to grow and provide him small projects from stone walls, decks, and remodeling jobs. The company continued to expand working on new home builds and larger scale jobs. Paul employs a small crew of different tradesman that has introduced him to a larger network of skilled contractors over the years. His company now focuses on custom home builds along the beautiful coastline of mid-coast Maine.

OCEAN FRONT STRUCTURES
Quite frequently, we are offered the opportunity to renovate, repair, or rebuild an outbuilding that may be very close to the waters edge. When doing a project like this, it is essential that we work very closely with homeowners, design folks and code officials to be sure we work within appropriate state, and local guidelines while maximizing the space.
The end result was being able to take a dilapidated boat house and create an additional space offering both indoor and outdoor use, steps from the ocean.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Outdoor living has become a large focus for many homeowners. We work closely with homeowners to create outdoor spaces that fit their lives perfectly. These projects are always inspiring to us. When building a deck or outdoor living space, we realize that we are creating a “happy space” where family and friends will gather for years to come.
